This position completes and/or oversees maintenance and repairs of all systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, security, telecommunications, lighting, fire safety, and irrigation.
The position also requires some oversight of small construction projects, service contracts, subcontractors and vendors.
The position is also responsible for supervising campus custodial work.
