Tony Davis, President Detailed Job Summary Coordinate sales promotion activities to attract customers and maximize sales potential.
Create eye-catching advertising displays and arranges merchandise on counters or tables to attract customers' attention and promote sales.
Supervise a team of employees engaged in gift shop sales, inventory management, cash reconciliation, recordkeeping, and other essential tasks.
Monitor sales trends and customer demand to order merchandise and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Ensure that employees adhere to established security, sales, and recordkeeping procedures and practices.
Welcome each customer with a friendly greeting and offer assistance throughout their shopping experience.
Address customer complaints or inquiries promptly, striving to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
Take ownership of store maintenance, including cleanliness, resolving engineering issues, and ensuring well-maintained fixtures.
Implement and understand security procedures to safeguard the store and respond effectively to theft incidents if they occur.
Foster a positive work environment by motivating and inspiring staff to increase revenue and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Cultivate strong relationships with local vendors and departments to enhance revenue opportunities and broaden product offerings.
Possess expertise in floral products and manages the ordering of floral supplies.
Assist with balancing the checkbook and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure fiscal integrity.
