At Alexander Chiropractic, the Front Desk person will be responsible for serving and interacting with our patients.
He or She will also field inbound calls, follow up with patients via phone calls, texting and emailing, as well as, touring new patients and other computer and administrative tasks during shifts.
The standout candidate will be detail oriented, diligent and engaging.
Able to easily care well for patients and lead through details simultaneously.
Other responsibilities will include screening and making connections in our community.
Qualifications and Skills Candidate MUST be a Morning Person, a Punctual person, a Professionally conducted person, and a TEAM Player! Please Do not apply if you are not! Candidate will be detail oriented, diligent and engaging.
Able to easily care well for patients and lead through details simultaneously.
Other responsibilities will include one-on-one patient interaction, online and in-office training of chiropractic and procedures, product knowledge and training, unpack/inventory/restock supplies and product orders.
The candidate MUST have this set of skills mastered before hiring is considered:
Typing 65wpm and Data Entry Moderate to Advanced computer skills-(PC) Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Power Point, and Basic Excel Filing experience Scanning / photocopying / attaching documents Phone etiquette, and High Energy Personality, especially in the Morning! Self-directed task completion Physical ability to stand for 4 consecutive hours while working Physical ability to lift 25 pounds Physical ability to use step ladder Ability to abstain from cell phone use for 4 consecutive hours while working Willingness to learn new tasks Additional Compensation:
