This role requires a background in the civil construction industry, with knowledge that encompasses both safety and technical details required to perform various duties.
Responsibilities:
Performing ADEM post rainfall event inspections and creating reports.
Inspect new construction for compliance with the design and specifications.
Review and approve pay applications.
Coordinate obtaining close out documents for projects including test reports, as-builts, and bonds.
Review material submittals and shop drawings for compliance with the construction documents.
Assist with project estimates/take-offs.
Communicate with clients, contractors, and engineers.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
